Thermal treatments are not only a pleasant and relaxing experience, they also deliver tangible results in managing chronic conditions and issues related to inflammation, trauma, or joint pain. Many benefits can be felt at the end of the treatment cycle, but the true value of thermal therapy reveals itself over time, with fewer relapses and an overall improvement in quality of life.
Important Note: During the treatment period, a slight temporary increase in symptoms may occur. This is a normal bodily reaction, known as a “thermal crisis,” as the body adjusts to the beneficial effects of the therapy. It’s a positive sign that the treatment is working.
Individual Treatment – Duration: 10 minutes
Thermal water is transformed into steam and inhaled through the nose and mouth, reaching both the upper and lower respiratory tract. It is recommended for chronic, atrophic, and hypertrophic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, catarrhal pharyngitis, chronic tonsillitis, and laryngitis.
Individual Treatment – Duration: 10 minutes
This treatment involves inhaling ultra-fine particles of thermal water, which penetrate deeply into the respiratory tract, reaching the bronchi and pulmonary alveoli. It is recommended for both upper and lower airway conditions, such as tracheitis, tracheobronchitis, and chronic bronchitis.
Group Treatment – Duration: 10 minutes
A collective treatment performed in a room filled with a fine mist, composed of micronized thermal water particles suspended in the air It is recommended for both upper and lower respiratory conditions, such as tracheitis, tracheobronchitis, and chronic bronchitis.
Group Treatment – Duration: 20 minutes
This cycle is combined with one of the inhalation therapies.
There are two methods of administration: tubal catheterization or Politzer crenotherapy. In tubal catheterization, a single-use device is gently inserted into the nose and connected to a machine. Sulphurous thermal gases are then insufflated into the Eustachian tube and middle ear, helping to clear obstructions.
This technique is typically used for adults. For children, the preferred method is Politzer crenotherapy, a less invasive treatment that delivers thermal aerosol gas into the nostrils through a small olive-shaped nozzle. These treatments are recommended for tubal stenosis, chronic catarrhal otitis, chronic suppurative otitis, serous otitis, rhinogenic hearing loss, and tubotympanitis.
Thermal water is finely nebulized and directed mainly toward the nasal and throat mucosa, providing targeted action on the upper respiratory tract. This treatment is beneficial in cases of chronic and vasomotor rhinitis, as well as chronic sinusitis.
A gentle yet thorough cleansing of the nasal cavities, allowing the thermal solution to reach areas that are otherwise difficult to access, such as the paranasal sinuses. This treatment is especially useful in cases of chronic, atrophic, or hypertrophic rhinitis with sluggish dystrophic components, secretory rhinosinusitis, secretory otitis media, and otosalpingitis in adults.
Each session lasts approximately 35–40 minutes and naturally promotes muscle and joint wellbeing.

Recommended for osteoarthritis and rheumatic conditions, this treatment involves applying a pack of thermal mud to specific areas or the entire body, followed by a shower and a period of rest.
The mud, matured in the thermal waters of Torre Canne, works through both its temperature (38–45°C) and its rich mineral content, delivering anti-inflammatory, analgesic, relaxing, detoxifying, and regenerating effects.
Each session lasts 50–60 minutes, offering deep and long-lasting relief.

Ideal for osteoarthritis, rheumatism, post-traumatic pain, and joint stiffness, this treatment combines the benefits of thermal mud with ozonized hydrotherapy. The session begins with the application of thermal mud at 42–45°C, followed by a cleansing shower and a hydromassage bath in thermal water, with temperatures adjusted between 32 and 39°C based on individual needs. Thanks to the mineral content and heat, this therapy provides anti-inflammatory, analgesic, relaxing, and regenerating effects — improving joint mobility and supporting muscle recovery.
Each session lasts 35–40 minutes, delivering a toning and rebalancing effect.

Recommended for chronic musculoskeletal and vascular conditions, this treatment involves immersion in warm thermal water (32–39°C) with ozonized hydromassage, followed by a rest phase. The combined action of mineral-rich water and ozone promotes relaxation, pain relief, improved circulation, and cellular regeneration — enhancing overall wellbeing.
Rehabilitation in a thermal pool to improve mobility and muscle strength.
Group Treatment – Duration: 20 minutes
Ideal for chronic venous and lymphatic disorders of the lower limbs, this treatment combines
the benefits of thermal water, ozonized hydromassage, and vascular exercise.
By walking through pools with alternating temperatures, the body experiences cycles of
vasodilation and vasoconstriction, which help improve circulation and reduce swelling and
heaviness in the legs.
